There are several places to go horseback riding around Metro Vancouver. Well known areas such and Langley have acres and acres of farms and horse stables (it is also home to Thunderbird Show Park, an Internationally known show jumping facility). While inside the city of Vancouver, there are not really options for riding, you do not need to go far to find a local stable.

Glen Valley Stables is a popular option for those looking for a trail ride. They bring the horses right to the park, so guests do not need to worry about riding on the road in order to access the Campbell Valley Park Riding Trails.

Squamish River Horse Adventures (Squamish BC)
About 15 minutes off the main Sea-to-Sky highway between Vancouver and Whistler is Squamish River Horse Adventures. This hidden gem offers several ride options and takes all types of riders. Expect beautiful scenery in the Squamish Valley on this horseback ride.
