Forged Axe is a fun social activity in Whistler and one of the popular things to do when it rains. No experience is required! Anyone from couples to friends to large groups events, Forged Axe’s hosted sessions teach guests everything they need to know to hit the bullseye! One of the best things about Forged Axe is that it offers an unusual vacation activity for visitors to Whistler. Everyone knows you can ski, snowboard, hike or swim, but it is not everyday that you get to throw axes!
Guests must be 10 years old or older in order to throw.
If I have not yet convinced you, where else can you enjoy a beverage and throw an axe?

Forged Axe Whistler Review
We arrived to Forged Axe on a wet January, not the type of January we were expecting (it felt very October like ) but we were happy to have a dry, indoor activity! We were greeted by our host and she walked us through techniques on throwing as well as some fun games. The boys loved throwing and Grannie had a lot of fun too! It really is perfect for all ages!
The hour flew by so I can see why people may want to book 2 hours, especially if you want to have a beverage and not feel rushed! Our host had plenty of games and different axe throwing techniques that kept us busy and entertained. I expected to be throwing axes at a target for an hour. I did not expect to learn different throwing techniques, use different axes and play fun games!
